Returns & Exchanges

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days from the date you received your order. Only items in unwashed and unworn condition (with original hang tags, if applicable) will be accepted for return. The purchase amount will be returned to the original card used for the purchase.

If your order is valid for return, please email us at: hello@northandacrux.com and we will email you a return label to send your item(s) to us. There are no shipping or restocking fees due for your return.

Exchanges

We accept size and color exchanges within 14 days from the date you received your order. Only items in unwashed and unworn condition (with original hang tags, if applicable) will be accepted for exchange.  

If your order requires exchange, please email us at: hello@northandacrux.com and we will email you a return label to send your item(s) to us. There are no shipping or restocking fees due for your return.

Processing

Once we are in receipt of your return/exchange, please allow three (3) business days for it to be processed. For returns, once processed you will receive a confirmation email showing that your return has been completed and your refund has been initiated. For exchanges, once processed you will receive an updated tracking number notating that your new packaged item has been shipped.

We cannot process your exchange or return without first receiving and reviewing your item(s).
